Dear Students and Families,
We are excited that Monday will be the first day of school for 4th graders and meet and greet for 5th graders. Please note the following important procedures.
4th Graders First Day
On August 15th, we encourage all 4th Grade Parents to accompany their children to start the day. 4th Grade students and families may arrive starting at 7:40. Please sign in outside the office and then you can escort your student(s)to get breakfast, go to the playground, and to class to drop off supplies/meet their teachers. 4th Graders will start their day in homeroom classrooms at 8am and have a regular school day. We will then have a brief orientation meeting for all 4th Grade Parents in the cafeteria beginning around 8am and going until about 8:30am. During this time we will also have tables with information on the School Advisory Council, Afterschool Program, Acceptable Use Policy Forms, Health Information Forms, and more.
5th Graders First Day
5th Grade will have a Meet and Greet on Monday August 15th. We encourage both 5th Grade Students and their Parents to drop by this day any time from 8am to 3pm. 5th Grade Parents/Students will need to sign in at the office and will then be directed to their students homeroom where they can meet teachers, drop off supplies, fill out important paperwork, and check out classrooms. 5th Grade Students will then have a regular school day beginning August 16th.
